What happens after the 14-day trial?: On day 14 we charge your card the plan rate via PayFast and your subscription begins. If you cancel before day 14 in PayFast's subscription portal, the plan charge doesn't go through and only the R5 card-verification charge is kept. Your data stays safe for 90 days either way.
Why do I see an R5 charge today?: PayFast requires a small charge to verify your card before starting a subscription. The R5 is non-refundable but the rest of the 14 days is free — you only pay the full plan rate if you don't cancel before day 14.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes — monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. Annual plans are pro-rated.
Is my client data POPIA compliant?: Yes. Data is hosted in the South Africa region with audit logs, encryption at rest, and a Data Processing Agreement available on request.
Do you offer training?: Pro plans include onboarding videos and a library of how-to walkthroughs. Practice Plus and Enterprise include live training sessions.
